Leadership
Because leadership is a central tenet of the UWC experience, finding administrators and board members for the school poses a particular challenge. UWC-USA seeks leaders who understand students, schools, the international educational landscape, and the global challenges that UWC addresses. Our administrative leadership team is comprised of seven members who manage the day-to-day functioning of the school. Meanwhile the Board of Trustees features a mix of alumni and other leaders dedicated to the future of the school.
While these leaders all share remarkable credentials and experiences, what’s even more compelling for us is the dedication they share for both the students and the mission. Both board members and administrative leaders are focused on the safety and success of the students and are driven by a desire to use education to build bridges between people and cultures for a more peaceful, just, and sustainable world.
